2020 - PoliMOVE Autonomous Racing Team

PoliMOVE Team was founded as the first autonomous racing team at Politecnico di Milano, as part of the mOve research group. The team went on to win multiple races in the Indy Autonomous Challenge and, in 2022, set the land speed record for autonomous vehicles reaching 309 km/h.

2023 - AS.CAR.I S.p.A.

Building on the experience of the research group and the PoliMOVE racing team, AS.CAR.I was founded to push the limits of driving. The company focuses on next-generation Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and cutting-edge technologies to enhance performance, precision, and safety.

2024 – AS.CAR.I Driving Coach Debut

In its first year, AS.CAR.I developed a demo vehicle based on an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. This enhanced vehicle has been used to showcase the potential of the Driving Coach system to automotive industry stakeholders at the Autodromo di Vairano track and other venues.

2025 – Market Focus and Key Partnerships

After validating strong interest from the automotive industry, AS.CAR.I began developing the Driving Coach as an industrial-ready product. During this phase, the company signed a key partnership with AVL Italia to industrialize and integrate the system into vehicles.
